Do you offer any group rates?

Storybook Land offers a group rate for parties of 25 people or more. The rate is $20.95 plus tax per person, child or adult. The special school program rate is $13.50 plus tax per person, child or adult, and is available to school groups only. These rates are available May 1st thru June 14th, Monday thru Friday 10:00AM to 3:00PM; Thursdays and Fridays October 3rd-24th 10:00AM to 3:00PM.

Do you do birthday parties?

Storybook Land does not offer any birthday party packages or programs, but we do offer the group rate of $20.95 plus tax per person, child or adult. Tickets may be pre-purchased before the day of the party. Storybook Land does not take any reservations. The picnic area and birthday cake pavilion are available on a first-come first-served basis only. You may bring in your own cake and food, but commercial food items (e.g. Pizza Hut, McDonald’s, etc.) are not allowed in the park. Pizza and other food items are available in the Gingerbread House or the Dining Depot. Please consult our Great Food page for complete menus and prices. Outside entertainment is also not allowed. Group rates are not available on the following days: April 19, 20;  July 1, 2, 6, 8, 9, 12, 15, 16, 19, 22, 23, 26, 27, 29, 30; August 2; October 24, 25, 26; November 22, 23; and December 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 8, 9, 10.

Can I apply for a job?

Applicants must be 16 years of age or older and may apply for a job in person any time the park is open. Storybook Land will notify for an interview if a position is open. Storybook Land offers job opportunities in park operations, food service, customer service, and maintenance.

Can I bring in my own food and beverages?

Yes. The partially-covered picnic area is available for use throughout the day. No personal grills or alcoholic beverages are permitted.

All of our food and gift shops are heated and air conditioned. Everything else is outdoor.

How much are Season Passes?

$97.95 plus tax, child or adult. Child season passes include one Easter egg hunt, one pumpkin, and one trick-or-treat bag. Season passes are valid from the time they are processed to December 30th. If you plan on visiting Storybook Land at least four times a season, you should consider purchasing a pass, as it is equivalent in cost to four separate visits. Only valid for the person whose picture is on the pass.

You may have a new season pass printed for $5.00.

Do you offer any discounts or specials?

• February 8 - March 15: Early Ticket Sale … Buy 3 tickets, get 1 free! Order online or by phone.
• Tuesdays and Wednesdays in July: Sizzlin’ Summer Saver Days. Come on these Tuesdays and Wednesdays and get 25% off regular admission!
September 13, 14: 25% off Active/Retired Police, Fire, Emergency Services, Military Personnel.
• December 1, 2, 3, 8, 9, 10: Holiday Saver Days: Come on these days and get 25% off regular admission!

What rentals do you offer?

We offer locker rentals only. The entire park is handicap-accessible and you may bring your own wheelchair, stroller, or electric wheelchair. Storybook Land does not rent out strollers or wheelchairs.

My child has a food allergy. How do I know what my child can eat?

The ingredients for our food items are available for you to view in our snack bars upon request.

Is the park shaded?

Yes, the park is shaded and most of the rides are covered.

What is the price of admission?

The admission price is $24.50 plus tax, per person, child or adult. Children 1 and under are admitted free of charge. We offer discounts for senior citizens and active/retired military personnel.

Do you offer any water attractions?

Storybook Land offers the Storybook Seaport, which is a water play area. There is no water slide or pool. A bathing suit is recommended but not required. We recommend you bring a towel. The Seaport is open from late June to Labor Day. Schedule subject to change.

Do you allow re-entry into the park?

You may get your hand stamped in the Castle Gift Shop for same day park re-entry.

What is the Unlimited Ride Policy?

Storybook Land’s rides are unlimited; however common sense must prevail. Riders must exit the ride and re-enter if others are in line to ride. If nobody is waiting in line to ride, we suggest and enforce no more than three (3) consecutive rides at one time. You are welcome to come back after a 10 minute break. Continuous, repeated riding without rest time in between is not in the best health or safety interests of either children or adults. The privilege of unlimited rides cannot be abused. Children must be under supervision of parents, guardians, or chaperones at all times. Ride operators are trained to enforce these policies.

Are Gift Cards available?

Gift cards are available in denominations starting at $10.oo. Gift Cards may be used for admission in the Castle Gift Shop, the Gingerbread House, the Dining Depot, the Caboose Café, and Mistress Mary’s Garden Goodies. Gift Cards may be purchased from our ordering page, over the phone, or in person during park operating hours.

Can I smoke in the park?

Storybook Land is a smoke-free environment. If you need to smoke, you may get your hand stamped in the Castle Gift Shop for park re-entry.

What is your rain policy?

Storybook Land does not offer refunds or rain checks. During inclement weather, rides may be required to temporarily shut down for safety reasons.

Storybook Land accepts cash, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. No personal checks will be accepted. Storybook Land also has an ATM on premises located in the Castle Gift Shop.

Is there a dress code?

Proper attire is required for all guests. No vulgar or suggestive writing on clothes. Loose shoes such as flip-flops must be removed for Tick-Tock Clock Drop and Beanstalk Bounce. Guests are required to wear shoes and shirts at all times (except in the Storybook Seaport.) No bathing suits on rides. All bathing attire must be covered after visiting the Storybook Seaport. Guests are required to change into dry clothes after visiting the Storybook Seaport.
