Accessibility Guide

At Storybook Land, we aim to provide all guests with an equally enjoyable experience. To best support our guests with specific accommodation requests, we have the following accessibility offerings:

Assisted Access Pass

The Assisted Access Pass is designated for our guests with special abilities who may have difficulty waiting in standby lines. By presenting the pass to the ride operator, the guest and their party are able to gain entry through the exit of the ride for the next ride cycle. The Assisted Access Pass is available for pick up at The Guest Services Desk in The Castle Gift Shop. Please note, this pass can not be used in Snack Bars or visits with Santa Claus.

Designated Quiet Zones

For guests who may require a quiet place to regroup, we have designated sensory-friendly zones in the park that are less-traveled and can provide a break from the hustle and bustle of the daily operations.
