  • Do you offer any group rates?Group information can be found here.
  • I'm not sure what rides my child can go on. Where can I find the height requirements?You may find all of the height requirements on our Terrific Rides page.
  • Can I apply for a job?Applicants must be 16 years of age or older and may apply for a job in person any time the park is open. Storybook Land will notify for an interview if a position is open. Storybook Land offers job opportunities in park operations, food service, customer service, and maintenance.
  • Can I bring in my own food and beverages?Yes. The partially-covered picnic area is available for use throughout the day. No personal grills or alcoholic beverages are permitted. You may bring picnic food that is food prepared from home. Outside commercial food is not allowed.
  • What ages are best for Storybook Land?We recommend bringing children ages 1 to 8 years. Children UNDER the age of 18 will not be permitted in the park without a parent or guardian.
  • Can adults fit into the rides?Our rides are adult-sized, yet child-friendly.
  • How long does it take to enjoy Storybook Land?We recommend allotting at least 3 hours.
  • Are all of your buildings heated and air conditioned?All of our food and gift shops are heated and air conditioned. Everything else is outdoor.
  • How much are Season Passes?2023 Season Pass are $199.99 + tax per person. Child season passes include one Easter egg hunt, one pumpkin, and one trick-or-treat bag. Season passes are valid from the time they are processed to December 30th 2024. If you plan on visiting Storybook Land at least four times a season, you should consider purchasing a pass, as it is equivalent in cost to four separate visits. Season Passes are available online at most times of the year. Only valid for the person whose picture is on the pass.
  • Do you have an ATM?Yes, an ATM is located at the Park Entrance and in the Dining Depot. There is a $1.00 surcharge.
  • What happens if I lose my Season Pass?You may have a new season pass printed for $5.00.
  • How long is your operating season?We are open from March 23rd thru December 30th, 2024.
  • What are your hours?Please check our operating schedule.
  • My child has a food allergy. How do I know what my child can eat?The ingredients for our food items are available for you to view in our snack bars upon request.
  • Is the park shaded?Yes, the park is shaded and most of the rides are covered.
  • Is parking free?Yes.
  • Do you have any special events?Please see our calendar of events.
  • Do you offer any water attractions?Storybook Land offers the Storybook Seaport, which is a water play area. There is no water slide or pool. A bathing suit is recommended but not required. We recommend you bring a towel. The Seaport is open from late June to Labor Day. Schedule subject to change.
  • Do you allow re-entry into the park?Please ask for a hand stamp in the castle gift shop for same day re-entry. Season pass holders MUST ask for a hand stamp for re-entry.
  • What is the Unlimited Ride Advisory?Storybook Land's rides are unlimited; however common sense must prevail. Riders must exit the ride and re-enter if others are in line to ride. If nobody is waiting in line to ride, we suggest no more than three (3) consecutive rides at one time. Continuous, repeated riding without rest time in between is not in the best health or safety interests of either children or adults. The privilege of unlimited rides cannot be abused. Children must be under supervision of parents, guardians, or chaperones at all times. Ride operators are trained to enforce these policies.
  • Are Gift Cards available?Gift Cards can be purchased online anytime and at the park during park hours. Gift Cards may be used towards park admission or season passes at the gate ONLY, for food and beverage items, and retail items. Gift Cards cannot be used for online purchases.
  • Can I smoke in the park?If you need to smoke you may get a wristband in the castle gift shop for same day park re-entry.
  • What is your rain policy?Storybook Land does not offer refunds or rain checks. During inclement weather, rides may be required to temporarily shut down for safety reasons.
  • Can you send me a brochure?Yes, we will be happy to send you a brochure. You may e-mail us at office@storybookland.com us for one, and a brochure is available for download as well.
  • Where is your Lost and Found?Lost and Found is located in the Castle Gift Shop.
  • Do you take credit cards?Yes, Storybook Land takes Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express. ATMs are located in the Dining Depot and in the Park Admissions Booth.
  • Is there a dress code?Proper attire is required for all guests. No vulgar or suggestive writing on clothes. Loose shoes such as flip-flops must be removed for Tick-Tock Clock Drop and Beanstalk Bounce. Guests are required to wear shoes and shirts at all times (except in the Storybook Seaport.) No bathing suits on rides. All bathing attire must be covered after visiting the Storybook Seaport. Guests are required to change into dry clothes after visiting the Storybook Seaport.
  • How do I request a refund?All ticket and Season Pass Sales are final. General Admission tickets do not expire. You can simply change the date of your visit using the "Change Visit Date" link on the top of your confirmation email. Special Event tickets are date specific and can only be used on the date of the ticket OR you can change your visit date within the Special Event dates if any other dates are available.
